Online & Regular Education & Examination
The online courses may or may not be delivered synchronously. An online course may need that students and teachers meet once or periodically in a physical setting for lecturers, labs or exams so long as the time spend in the physical setting does not exceed 25% of the total course time. Online education encompasses various degrees and courses. Through online education, we can opt for many online degrees or online courses from various online universities that provide this facility.
Enrolment number will be assigned to each candidate on admission. The enrolment number will hold good for the whole course of study, student should invariably quote their enrolment number in all their correspondence with the Sree Bodhi Academy.
Each student will be supplied an identity card along with the course materials which is valid till the completion of the course. Students are instructed to keep their identity card safely till the completion of the course.

The admission are held twice in a the year. Every year, the spring Session commence in March, June and the fall Session in September, December Prospectus and application can also be obtained from the Academy recognized Information centres or download from website .
Application from has to be filled in by the candidates own hand writing in English. All the supporting documents as per counselling note should be enclosed along with the Application from and documents must be attested by Gusseted officer or Study Centre Co-ordinator.
Every registered student gets a permanent Admission Roll Number and Academy registration Number mentioned in the Identity card and in all type of correspondence between the student and the Academy.
Provisional admission will automatically stand cancelled and the student will cease to be on rolls in case these documents are not submitted by due date. Such students will not be permitted to appear for the Academy Examinations. No communication will be provided in this regard. Fee paid is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances.
SB Academy offers you the great opportunity to transfer into the Third year / Fourth Year of its programs. If a student did not complete their course or discontinued his course without registering for one or more semester/ years are eligible for re-admission in consequent year. This is one of the most effective advantage for the students, that there is an option to transfer the student from any recognized Academy to the SB Academy after any number of years.
All Fee including Tuition fee, Registration fee, Technology fee, Application Processing fee (except Training fee) and Examination fee to be paid in the shape of demand draft in favour of “ SB Academy only ” SB Academy will not be held responsible accountable for any such actions undertaken by a candidate will be purely on his her risk and responsibility.
An email/ sms will be sent to the applicant by the Academy on the email ID/ mobile number specified by the applicant in his application from, providing the status of his admission, within 30 working days after receiving application from.
In case an applicant does not receive such email/ sms from the Academy, he must contact Study Centre and get his admission confirmed. The academy shall not assume any liability for any ignorance or default on the part of the applicant or the into mediatory, or in-case of change of correspondence address or email ID or mobile being switched off or network failure or Email bounced etc.
The validity of Student Admission for integrated courses will be first six years and for other courses students admission will be valid for first five years. If all the examinations are not cleared within the stipulated period, new registration in order to continue as student in the academy.
Evaluation of the performance of learners is one of the important components of any teaching – learning system. The academy evaluates the performance of it’s learners through Assignments’ project works’ practical and the objective type Term End Examinations.
All theoretical papers are of 100 marks. Out of these 30 marks are allocated for internal evaluation based on the progress made by the students .This evaluation is done on the basis of the Assignment of around 50 pages prepared by them on particular topic based on all the subject studied by them. The Term End Examination will be for the remaining 70 marks to be conducted at selected examination centres .
The Project Report /Dissertation/ Master Thesis is to be submitted on the topic approved bye the academy. The Project Report /Dissertation /Master Thesis is to be prepared under the supervision of Guide having expert knowledge of the topic selected by the students. If no Guide is locally available, permission may be granted to go ahead without a Guide. The Project Report/ Dissertation/Master. Thesis in copies(around 200 pages in A4size paper) along with a CD containing the entire Project Report/ Dissertation/Master Thesis must be submitted by the students two months before the final term end examinations.
The results will be declared within 60 working days after the examination. A student should secure at least 40% aggregate marks to pass Term End Examination. Again this may vary from program to program. Hence, students are advised to refer to the program regulation issued to them at the time of admission.
The examination mode of SB Academy is Industry Integrated Programs depend upon the enrolled student that in which mode he/she wants to appear for their exams because Academy conduct the exams in both modes i.e. Online and Paper pencil mode
The amount once paid is not refundable under any circumstances accepts in the case of rejected application. If the applicants do not fulfill the eligibility criteria, the application will be returned to team along with all enclosures and the fee paid after deduction Rs.1000/
considering that the Industry collaborative Education and Research degrees are work-integrated learning programmes, it is essential that the applicant is engaged in work in the relevant professional areas. The final offer of admission for such programmes would be based on the applicant s educational background, academic achievements, work profile, relevant work experience, profile of the employing organization and proposed mentor s profile.
